Subprocessors
We use a number of state-of-the-art services to provide FirstLook. These services are called subprocessors. We have carefully selected these subprocessors based on their security, privacy, and reliability. We have signed Data Processing Agreements with all subprocessors to ensure that they comply with the GDPR and other privacy regulations.
Subprocessors we use
We use the below subprocessors to provide our services to you. These subprocessors have access to (end user) personal data as described in the Data Processing Addendum.
- Render.com — Render provides us with managed services for hosting our applications.
- Tiger Data — Tiger Data is our database hosting provider.
- Google Cloud Platform — We use GCP to host files and assets uploaded by users.
- Amazon Web Services — We use AWS for networking and to host files and assets uploaded by users.
- Postmark — Postmark is our email service provider. We use Postmark to send transactional emails to users.
- Cloudflare — Cloudflare is our content delivery network (CDN) and provides us with DDoS protection and web application firewall.
- OpenAI — OpenAI provides us with generative AI tools that we use for features inside FirstLook.
- Anthropic — Anthropic provides us with generative AI tools and agent capabilities that we use for features inside FirstLook.
- Sentry — Sentry is our error tracking and monitoring service.
- Plausible — Plausible is our privacy-focused analytics service.
- PostHog — PostHog is our product analytics platform.
- Trolley — Trolley handles creator payouts and tax form collection.
Service Providers we use
We use the below tools and services to run our business and provide support to our customers. These service providers may have access to personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, but they are not subprocessors as defined in the Data Processing Addendum and do not have access to the data we process on your behalf.
- Stripe — Stripe handles payments for FirstLook and safely stores your payment information.
- Google Workspace — We use Google Workspace for our email, calendar, and document collaboration.
- Discord — We use Discord for customer support and community engagement as well as internal communication and collaboration.
- GitHub — We use GitHub for version control and code collaboration.
- Honeycomb — We use Honeycomb for observability and debugging of our applications.
