We offer an unlimited duration free plan for up to 500 Playtester Seats. This is perfect for you to gather Playtesters and try out the platform with your friends and family. You can take as long as you want to try out the platform.

The free plan is available to all new users and does not require a credit card. It includes 500 Playtester Seats and full access to all Standard features. Once you've invited and onboarded 500 Playtesters, you can upgrade to Standard or Pro.

A Playtester Seat is counted only when a user has been invited and onboarded to your playtest. People who sign up to your community don't count toward your limit until you invite them, send an announcement, or send a survey — so you never have to worry about a surge in sign-ups. You have full control over how many Playtesters you engage.

If you exceed your Playtester Seat limit, your limit will automatically be increased by 1,000 Playtester Seats, and your plan will be slightly increased by $29 (standard) or $19 (pro) per month.

Yes, you can move Playtesters back to the waiting stage to free up Playtester Seats.

Yes, when you're on a monthly plan, you can pause your subscription for up to 6 months at a time. This is perfect for when you're not running any playtests and want to keep your data and configuration, but not be actively using the platform.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard. You'll continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current billing period.

On annual Pro plans, you can commit to a higher invite limit for a reduced fee. We're more than happy to discuss custom plans for larger volumes.
