Flows and Roles
Configure roles in FirstLook to define different audiences, i.e. External Playtesters, Content Creators, Press, etc. You can assign these roles to players when you invite them and set different outcomes for each role. Roles what a player receives while onboarding to your playtest.
Flows are how players sign up to your playtest. You can configure different sign-up flows for different groups of roles, for example, to collect additional information from Content Creators you could create a ‘Creator’ Flow with additional questions. There’s a default flow called ‘Playtesters’, which is set up with good defaults for most playtests.
